Meet Heaven
Hi, I’m Heaven Misale, a licensed REALTOR® and Transaction Coordinator serving both Michigan and South Carolina. Real estate has been a huge part of my life for a few years, and I’ve experienced every side of a transaction - from helping families find their dream homes to making sure every deal closes smoothly and on time. With most of my experience being managerial/administrative. I’ve always enjoyed the transactional side of things in addition to serving my clients.
I’m a wife, mom, and animal lover who believes in hard work, honesty, and staying organized. I started my Transaction Coordination business because I understand how much time and energy goes into managing a real estate file, and I wanted to help other agents focus on their clients and closings while I handle the details behind the scenes.
I’m passionate about My faith, my family, my work, football, fitness, wellness, animals and serving people. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband Tony, our 4 kids, tending to our homestead, or enjoying life outdoors in beautiful South Carolina.
My history
My real estate journey started in Michigan, where I built a strong foundation as a REALTOR® working through every step of the home buying and selling process. Over time, I realized my desire to do my own transactions and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes! The team I was on hired me as their TC until my Real Estate business took off for income stability, while I balanced being a new mom.
All of this led me to launch my own Transaction Coordination business, allowing me to combine my experience, systems, and love for organization into a service that helps other agents thrive. After expanding into South Carolina, I now proudly support agents in both states, providing consistent, compliant, and professional coordination no matter where they’re based.
