Q: What exactly does a Transaction Coordinator (TC) do?

A: I handle the behind-the-scenes details of your real estate transactions so you don’t have to. From contract to closing, I manage deadlines, organize paperwork, send reminders, and ensure compliance — giving you more time to focus on clients and growing your business.

Q: Which states do you serve?

A: I am licensed in 2 states. I proudly serve licensed agents in Michigan and South Carolina. Each state has slightly different rules and timelines, and I stay up-to-date so your transactions run smoothly no matter where you’re working.

Q: Who do you work with?

A: I exclusively serve real estate agents who want reliable, professional support from contract to closing. I’m here for individual agents, small teams, or busy brokers looking for an extra set of hands.


Packages & Pricing

Q: What packages do you offer?

A: I have two main packages designed to fit different needs:

  1. Standard Package – Perfect for agents who want basic transaction support, including key deadline tracking, document organization, and reminders.
  2. Premium Package – A full-service option that covers every aspect of the transaction, from contract review to post-closing follow-up.

Transaction Process

Q: How do I get started with you?

A: Once you sign our TC Service Agreement, you complete a short Agent Intake Form with your transaction and system preferences. Then, when you have a new contract, you simply select your package, and I get to work organizing and managing your file.

Q: Do you need access to my MLS or brokerage system?

A: Yes — but always securely. I can manage files using either:

  • Assistant/delegated access provided by your MLS or brokerage, or
  • Secure login sharing via Bitwarden, an encrypted password management system that keeps your credentials private.

Q: Will you handle all uploads and deadlines?

A: Absolutely. I’ll track all contract milestones, inspection dates, contingencies, and document uploads to ensure your transaction stays compliant and on schedule. You’ll always have visibility, and I’ll keep you updated along the way.


Communication & Support

Q: How will we communicate?

A: I use your preferred method — email, text, or a project management system. I also send weekly status updates to keep you informed without overwhelming you with messages.

Q: Can you answer questions about contracts or negotiations?

A: I’m licensed in both Michigan and South Carolina, so I can help clarify contract deadlines and documents. However, I do not give legal advice or negotiate terms, those decisions remain with you and your broker.


Compliance & Security

Q: How do you protect my sensitive information?

A: Security is a top priority. I use Bitwarden, a secure, encrypted password-sharing platform, to access MLS and brokerage systems when necessary. This ensures your login credentials remain private, fully encrypted, and under your control.

Q: Am I still compliant with my brokerage rules when you assist?

A: Yes. I follow all MLS and brokerage policies, maintain proper audit trails, and keep your transactions organized and compliant from start to finish.
